Q: What is the best gift you’ve ever received?
A: Outside of my husband and daughters, I was given the gift of opportunity.  I am blessed!

Q: What quote do you live by?
A: “Work hard, play hard!”  I believe that life is short, I work hard to play hard!

Q: What brings you the greatest joy?
A: Being on a deserted beach in the Caribbean as the tide goes out with my family.  I have so many wonderful memories of our fun adventures and discoveries at the beach.

Q: What is the best advice you’ve been given?
A: Don’t wait for the perfect moment, create it!

A: I have volunteered with the Miracle League of NW Ohio for the past 10 years.

Q: What do you like to do in your spare time?
A: Spend time with my two sons (Jackson 7 and Owen 5).

Q: What advice would you give your younger self?
A: Live in the moment and don’t waste time dwelling on the past.

As a valued client and partner of The Advance Group, we wanted to take this opportunity to apprise you of our efforts with respect to the novel coronavirus, COVID-19.

Our temporary workers’ safety and well-being is paramount to us, as is the safety and well-being of your employees. Therefore, we have advised our temporary employees about how to take care of themselves, protect others, and monitor the latest developments. Per the  U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention,  we have informed our employees that they should:

  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick
  • Avoid touching their eyes, nose, and mouth
  • Stay home when they are sick, they should be fever free without medication for 24 hours
  • Cover their cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash
  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces using a regular household cleaning spray or wipe
  • Follow CDC’s recommendations for using a face mask
  • Wash their hands often

 

We also have encouraged our temporary workers to keep up-to-date on developments by visiting the About Coronavirus Disease 2019 and CDC’s Frequently Asked Questions and Answers webpages.

We trust that you are advising your employees similarly and that you will apply the same safety policies and procedures to The Advance Group’s temporary workers that you apply to your own employees.

Note that we stand ready to assist you in navigating this public health challenge and furthering the well-being of all employees.

Happy 4th Anniversary, Crystal Seibert!

To celebrate Crystal Seibert’s 4th year with The Advance Group, we sat down with her for a Q & A session. Here are a few highlights to enjoy:

Q: What is the one thing people would be surprised to know about you?
A: I am a Military Verteran. I proudly served in The United States Air Force.

Q: What charities do you support?
A: I support the local DAV. The DAV is the Disabled American Veterans. It is a group of Military Veterans that fundraise and go through training to help support Disabled Veterans. The DAV helps disabled Veterans get the Medical Care and Benefits that they have earned. My Father (a retired Navy Chief) started our local unit here about 5 years ago.

Q: What do you like to do in your spare time?
A: My spare time is all family time. We fill our family time with lots of things…Singing,dancing, playing instruments, painting/drawing, Nerf gun wars(these are my favorite), and board games. We try to make every moment together count!

Happy 4th Anniversary, Alayna Starrett!

To celebrate Alayna Starrett’s 4th year with The Advance Group, we sat down with her for a Q & A session. Here are a few highlights to enjoy:

Q: What brings you the greatest joy?
A: Nature! The sun is my main energy source (besides candy and wine), being around water clears my mind, and just being outside brings me to my “happy place.”

Q: What is the one thing you wish you knew when you were younger?
A: Everything is temporary. Enjoy the good things while they are here and remember that the bad things will eventually get better. If you remember this, it makes changes and obstacles that come your way easier to face and reminds you to live in the moment, especially when things are going well!

Q: What’s your favorite holiday?
A: Definitely Halloween. Costumes and candy are some of the best things in life. Feel like being a Princess? Done. Want to be a scary, killer zombie? You do you!
