Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new sales opportunities via research, lead generation, prospecting, networking and in-person appointments
• Develop strong relationships with customers and create a business relationship whereby Advance Staffing Solutions is the service of choice
• Prepare proposals and negotiate sales contracts
• Resolve customer service issues quickly and efficiently to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction
• Manage territory and targeted clients in an efficient manner in order to maximize revenue opportunities
• Partner with recruiting team in order to facilitate a successful, streamlined process and delivery with customers
• Meet weekly activity and revenue targets and goals

Desired Skills and Experience:

• 1+ year of sales experience preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Excellent organization, time management and communication skills
• Self-motivated team player who can work independently
• Ability to excel in a goal-driven sales environment
