The Advance Group has partnered with a global solar panel manufacturing company in Walbridge, Ohio who just opened it’s 4th location in the area and has a need for Material Handlers. Material Handler position is responsible for safely and efficiently preparing warehouse shipments.

Duties for the Material Handler:

• Picking orders
• Material Handling
• Packaging, inspecting, and banding modules by hand
• Scanning and labeling pallets
• Maintaining a clean work environment
• Warehouse and Shipping duties

Requirements for the Material Handlers:

• Must have previous warehouse experience
• Excellent attendance
• Attention to detail
• Must be able to pass a drug and background check
• Willing to work in various departments
• Must be able to lift up to 30-40 lbs on a consistent basis
• Must be able to climb stairs occasionally
• Comfortable working in a dirty, non-climate controlled environment
• Must be able to use hands to grasp, carry, lift, and feel objects as required
• High School Diploma/GED
• Must have access to a smartphone to use the company’s mobile timekeeping system

Shift for the Material Handlers:

• Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm, overtime up until 7pm as needed
• Willing to consider part-time candidates as well!

• Some weekends as needed
   

Pay for the Material Handler:

• $15.75/hr
