Production Worker (2nd Shift) – 4-Day Work Week | $20.50/hr | Overtime Available | Maumee, OH

The Advance Group is hiring Production Workers in Maumee, OH for a growing facility with immediate openings.

Pay:

• $20.50/hour (includes attendance incentive)

Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday: 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM
• Overtime on Fridays as needed
• 3-day weekends every week

Production Worker Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate various production machines
• Monitor machines and products for defects or malfunctions
• Maintain high quality standards
• Load and unload large, bulky materials onto machines and pallets
• Load corrugated materials into machines
• Clean and apply paint to dies between jobs
• Perform repetitive work while standing for the duration of the shift
• Assist in multiple departments and cross-train as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Production Worker Requirements:

• 1-2 years of production or manufacturing experience
• Strong machine operator experience preferred
• Ability to lift 50-70 lbs regularly
• Ability to stand for the entire shift and perform repetitive tasks
• Attention to detail and ability to work at a fast pace
• Comfortable with hands-on work, including cleaning dies and exposure to ink
• Excellent attendance and reliability
• Must pass a drug screen and background check
• Reliable transportation
